ABOUT

The Mental Health Therapist

My name is Priscilla Young, a 32-year-old certified therapist and coach based in the Netherlands.

​

I have been passionate about helping others and witnessing their life transformations from a young age, what ultimately lead me to pursue a career in therapy. 

 

As your therapist and coach, I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, environment for you to process your feelings, no matter how challenging or uncomfortable they may be.

Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of providing one-on-one consultations to incredible individuals dealing with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, pain, relationships, identity, and low self-esteem. And my guidance has resulted in amazing transformations. 

 

I believe our relationships and experiences effect our beliefs about ourselves and the world, which is why i am committed to helping you overcome obstacles and regain control of your life. Together we’ll explore Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to embrace emotions, live in the present, conquer challenges, and build a life aligned with your core values. 

 

Outside of therapy, you’ll find me travelling the world, reading, or spending quality time with loved ones. I believe in the importance of self-care and balance, and I try to apply these principles in my life as well.
